- Architected and developed CapitalOne DataBolt, a multi-cloud B2B data security platform, leveraging Rust and C++ for high-performance processing.
- Orchestrated the successful delivery of technical proofs of concepts and guided evaluations to ensure optimal implementation and functionality.
- Spearheaded collaboration with the AWS AppSync team to architect and design a pioneering Capital One AppSync solution, fostering cross-team engagement and leading to its broad acceptance across the organization.
- Led and managed a diverse team of 12 engineers and 2 managers, fostering a collaborative environment to drive innovation and achieve strategic objectives.
- Designed a low latency (<15ms) GraphQl framework tailored for enterprise-level use at Capital One, supporting 10K TPS. This versatile serverless solution is capable of a seamless transition between Fargate and Lambda, enabling the framework to serve critical data products while efficiently capturing telemetry, logging, and other essential metrics.

- Architected the design and solutions part of the AssistRx platform to assist doctors and patients to receive access to specialty medications (Angular, C#, Azure Functions, FHIR data exchange)
- Led an the AssistRx Client Project organization which consist of 15 onsite engineers and 12 oversea engineers, including 3 managers who managed multiple teams of engineers working in an agile environment to develop and launch new client projects based on the AssistRx platform
